Having the same scaling issue – is there a way to scale down large images automatically so that it fits to the browser window?
I know my messeage is basically the same, just keeping the feed allive!

for images with more height than width is better using MAX-WIDTH and MAX-HEIGTH.

I fixed temporarily, changing the file “jquery.lightbox-0.5.css”:

add:
—-
#lightbox-image {
WIDTH: 800px !important; HEIGHT: 600px !important;
}

change:
——-
#lightbox-container-image-box
WIDTH: 820px !important; HEIGHT: 620px !important;
#lightbox-container-image
WIDTH: 800px !important; HEIGHT: 600px !important;
#lightbox-container-image-data-box
WIDTH: 800px !important;

but I feel that isn’t the best way.

Sometimes the images I have are huge. Is there any option to make the lightbox scale the image so that it isn’t any larger than the browser window?
