WordPress Featured Image into your blog Feed

The new release of the wp rss image wordpress plugin allows to include the “Featured Image” of your post as thumbnail into your blog feed. If you don’t assign a thumbnail to the post the plugin takes the first image uploaded to the post gallery.

This version also avoid the extra http request to determinate the size of the images, reducing the loading time. Also is important to use any cache plugin to improve your site response.

The plugin is available here:

  1. I was curious if youu ever considered changinng the page
layout off your site? Its very well written; I
love what youve got to say. But mayge you could a little more in the way of content so people culd clnnect with iit better.

Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one orr two
pictures. Mayybe you could space it out better?

  2. Amazing!! Exactly what I was trying to figure out.

But now I have one problem left. How do you pull the image from the feed to display?

I have 5 blogs but on one of my blogs I want to be able to display the other blogs RSS feeds with their Featured Images beside their recent post headings.

It would be so cool if you could make another plugin that would now be able to receive the feed with the featured image beside the post headings.

2 plugins that I would pay for in a heart beat! Seriously.
