Accordion Image Menu v1.1

A picture is worth a thousand words

I justs included two new features to this plugin:

Open the Menu

Now you can open the menu in the position that you prefer: Recent Post, Favorite Category or Randomly.

Show Titles

The new version allows to select if you want to show/hide the titles in your menu with mouseover.

In the future I’m planing to implement the horizontal mode.

Enjoy!!!

one word…Horizontal….please…Mootools implementation is difficult at best. And yes…I am not a code junkie.

If you could make it so it can be widgetized to a horizontal WP area that would be great. I would definitely send money for that…

Hi, thanks for the great work !
I just wanted to share a bug (or mea culpa) and find if you would have any fix.
When activating the accordieon plugin, it makes my lightbox 2 plugin (wether latest or oldest version) does not work anymore.
I don’t have your skills in html and js. so do you have any idea !
here is a page that should work, but do not:

    Hi Alain

I would like to know if you think about enabling to use accordion menu for links.

It would be nice to present other blogs or site with your accordion.

    Cheers,
    Raphael

Yes that’s true I forgot to say the the list start on zero, so if you want to open the second position you need to set the number ‘1′ and if you want to open the number one position you need to set ‘0′.

About the possibility to have more than one menu, it can be possible using some parameters on the “shortcode” like category etc.

    Thanks for your comments.

WOW, becomes better and better – thank you very much for that!

I like the new feature to let it open at a special position. But somehow it always open #2 when I call #1 to be opened. Strange somehow ^^

And – if you don’t mind – a suggestion for further developments: It would be interesting having the opportunity to get more than 1 “menu” working. Not necessarily on one page as menu but as a kind of marvelous table of content?

    Cheers,
    Alexander
